Creating an account is the first step, but it doesn’t equal immediate program registration—we’re excited to get to know you first!	Please be sure the following required forms are signed for the next year: Client Participation Agreement Medical and Transportation Consent Photo Waiver and Consent	Waitlists are our best friends! Joining the waitlist helps our team better understand program demand and plan for future opportunities. We always do our best to accommodate as many participants as possible.
To get started, please create an account for the individual who will be attending programs. Once the account is set up, our Recreation team will be notified and will reach out within 5–7 business days to schedule an intake, either in person or virtually. This intake is an important step and must be completed before registration can move forward.	Ensure that your profile is up to date and provides accurate information (address, email, phone number, and emergency contact information). Pay all balances by Week 4 of an 8-week session.	To join, simply add the client to the waitlist through our registration system when the program is full.
The purpose of creating an account is to help us learn more about the client, gather emergency contact information, and ensure we can provide the best possible support to meet their needs.		Please note that due to last-minute cancellations, you may be contacted and removed from the waitlist up to 48 hours before the start of a Friday Night Happenings or Saturday Community Activity.

Recreation Department Hours

Monday - Thursday: 10am-6pm

Friday: 12pm-8pm

Saturday: 10am-2pm
