Each class will begin with some stretching and strengthening, followed by some dance moves across the floor, and a fun upbeat high energy dance combination to finish class!!
Dance to the music, explore your creative side, let loose with some cool moves and be ready for some fun!
Kim has been at the NE ARC offering dance and movement class sessions since 2023. It is the highlight of her dance teaching career to work with our amazing community.
