After years in the corporate HR world, Kathrin (Kat) Williams embraced a new path—one that allows her to make yoga and holistic healing accessible to every body. As founder of Cherry on Top Yoga + Wellness, she works with individuals of all ages and abilities, guiding children, adults, seniors, and those with disabilities through movement, mindfulness, and energy work. Whether leading studio sessions, corporate wellness programs, workshops, team-building experiences or a special event, she creates welcoming spaces that are all about connection, growth, and well-being.
An outdoorsy spirit with a passion for wellness, Kat lets yoga and Reiki shape her life—clearing mental clutter, strengthening body and soul, and bringing balance to the everyday. Her teaching style blends slow flow, restorative poses, essential oils, and gentle assists, alongside dynamic vinyasa and deep yin sessions. As a Reiki Master, she incorporates energy healing into her practice, offering a deeper level of relaxation and renewal. Kat brings peace, calm, and a touch of humor to every session, encouraging students to honor themselves simply for showing up.
When she’s not teaching, you’ll find Kat walking her chocolate lab, Riley, enjoying time with family and friends, or exploring new places—living the balance she inspires in others.
